The shipper was rough with my sofa so some of the boxes were banged up and that caused some damage to the sofa but nothing you can see. One of the easiest installs in my life. My daughter loves the sofa and everyone else who sits on it tells me how comfortable it is. Money well spent.

I love this couch!! Had an issue getting one leg to screw in, but customer service emailed me back within 5 minutes with a solution that totally solved my problem. I wish the chaise was tufted but I love the neutral blue and the fabric. Took my boyfriend and I about 15 minutes to put together and breaking the boxes down.
