I wasn't expecting a modular sofa to be this awesome. Truthfully, when I was latching it together and attaching the legs, I was pretty sure I had just overpaid for what was basically somewhere between a car seat and an IKEA couch. But once assembled, it's nice and solid and just the right amount of firm, the lines are clean, the color is perfect, and it's so long I can totally sleep on it if I have guests (I'm only 5'5" so that's not exactly a tall order, but still). AND if/when I move, I can just take it apart and move the dang thing myself. This sofa wins.

I spent some time researching the thousands of couches that exist, and after some targeted adverts on my social media, I thought I'd look a little into Burrow. The thought of buying a couch online that I hadn't sat on was a bit worrying for me, especially since I was about to invest a fair chunk of my pay into it - but I needed something which would be easily carted in and out of my apartment, and also something that would serve the purpose of having a few people sitting together. The couch arrived super quickly (most other local couch delivery was looking like a few weeks). It came in separate large boxes, the pieces were clearly labelled and the instructions were simple. All in all, took me by myself about 45 minutes to unbox, assemble and clean up the area. The modular design is easy, no tools required as it is all thumb screws and clips - super simple! The piece looks fantastic in my living room, it's fairly comfortable to sit on - keep in mind that it's not a couch that you just sink into, it is a little firm with enough give to make it comfortable - I had a good sleep on it over night and felt great in the morning. So far I've had about 2 weeks with it - all systems looking good so far. A 30 day guarantee was good to know (you have to keep the boxes) but I feel confident that I will keep this couch for a while, so I turfed the boxes on the weekend!

Only issue was with shipping, I recommend the actual tracking numbers are sent to customers (in particular those that live in apartments). Due to the size of the packages, reception personnel turned away the delivery and I needed to coordinate for a later delivery. Assembly was amazingly simple. Quality is above what I anticipated. I primarily made my purchase based on the product being toddler proof and so far it has not disappointed. Overall, great experience.

We bought our couch after checking them out in the NYC Soho showroom. It. Is. Perfect. The style is sleek and it is somehow considerably more comfortable now that it's in my house. Assembly was quick, 30 minutes by myself. It took me longer to break down the boxes than it did to assemble the couch. That said, the packaging is minimal. No unnecessary styrofoam or additional packing materials. We had one issue with one of the cushions not inflating fully and Burrow sent us a complimentary cushion no questions asked. Couldn't be happier. Looking to buy a chair now for a different room.

I recently moved to NYC and needed a couch large & comfy enough for people to sleep on while not being too big and bulky. This couch is perfect! It is not the most comfortable couch I have sat on but it is perfect for binging (GoT) and I had a guest stay on it this weekend with no complaints. The built in USB charger is a great feature!
