Great sous vide cooking, last week tried a flank steak, came out perfect and very tasteful. Now that I mastered the shearing results are perfect.

This is a fantastic piece of equipment. Cooks food to perfection every time and is easy to clean. It is my favorite kitchen appliance!

Absolutely love this grill! It cooks food to perfection and eating in has become more delicious than eating out. My only wish is for them to offer a metal plate replacement that made for cooking burgers better. My wife "needs" the grill lines on her burgers...would allow me to get rid of another appliance :). I have recommended this to everyone I know. It's that freaking good.
