Great selection of Scandinavian designs. My purchase was mail my from their Ferm Living range. Pricey but good quality and genuine. Packaging was secure, promptly delivered with tracking via AusPost. Communication was sent via their own customer service all the way in addition to the courier (not every business care to do so). I did not have the need to contact their customer service team at all as all products and shipping was in order. Made second purchase within a month. Very happy overall.
