Elegant and simple design with quality timber. Really well made. Looks as good in person as it does online. The timber has a really nice grain, with a honey-blond colour that brings warmth into a space.

Earlier this year, we bought five items of solid oak furniture from Icon by Design for our new house. In our previous house, we had mostly solid dark walnut furniture. We still wanted solid furniture, but with a lighter look for our new place. One of the most commented upon pieces of furniture in our new house is the Console Table placed at our front entrance. Friends and family members think it looks not only light and bright, but also elegant and stylish. Our solid oak console table also has a drawer - a handy place to store our car keys. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I recently purchased the Magnus Oval Coffee Table from Icon By Design, and I’m so glad I did. The in-store purchase process was very easy and the sales staff were great. I’m so happy with the actual product. It’s sleek, smooth, neat and very well made. You can tell it’s of high quality just by looking at it. The wood itself is beautiful and the smooth finish is so well done. It’s sturdy without feeling heavy and doesn’t feel bulky in my loungeroom as some solid wood items can. Finally, the oval shape is fabulous. Round tables can be awkward to place in some spaces and rectangular tables can give a boring block effect. The Magnus oval is the perfect compromise, giving a bit of style and a bit of shape to your space. It’s also visually really helpful if you have limited space, the curved ends give you back a bit of space while also giving you a good sized coffee table. I highly recommend the Magnus Oval Coffee Table and highly recommend Icon By Design. My next purchase will be the Magnus Oval dining table!
