Sendle shipping was terrible! But pleased with the product

Arrived as described but product doesn’t fit as described

Arrived faulty. No response to my email was received. I was able to get through to customer service but they wouldn't help because I discarded of the packaging and apparently I didn't get in touch with them within a week of receiving the item despite sending my email (which apparently they never received - convenient!)

Product took quite a while to ship and arrive.

No updated information on where my ordered Basin mixer is as I was sent a wall mixer. I need to hear you promptly.
