A few years ago, I tried contacting Desert Steel with some questions and response was slow and my questions were never fully answered. I gave up on Desert Steel at the time but recently came back to them. I "planted" an entire 90 foot garden of Desert Steel cacti. During the process, I had occasion to contact customer service a couple of times and was quite pleased to have my concerns taken care of promptly and efficiently. What three years ago would have been a one or two star review is now a solid five stars!!
