Quality has went downhill: I’ve bought these towels for years. The recent quality has declined as I have several strings becoming detached & pieces of the towel getting snarled—as soon as the first wash

The towels are not great. Also, I really didn't like getting a text even before they arrived asking me if I wanted to buy more or any other products. If I wanted to buy more I would. I don't need a text.

Based on my experience with their customer service, I wish I chose to stay away. The bath towel I got was super heavy and plush, which is good if that is what you’re looking for, but for me it was too bulky for easy washing and drying. Also, it felt damp when I got it. I decided to return it. The return process for one bath towel was the biggest headache. If you want to return the towels, they want the towels “upopened” for it to be kept in factory condition, which basically means: don’t open the package at all to check out the towel because there is no additional packaging inside! In addition, upon checking up on my refund two weeks later, no refund. Emailed them and said they would refund. I check again two months later, still no refund. If you love and end up keeping the towels, no hassle though. I recommend looking into boll&branch for those looking for non toxic bath towels. They have up to date customer service and business practices. It is super easy to return if you don’t love your order, they clearly care about your experience, time, money, and energy, so it’s easy to work with them. As someone who cares most about the ease of shopping, this company was the most difficult company I’ve ever shopped at. No matter how wholesome and small business your business is, it still needs to run like a proper business and it didn’t in my experience. Straight negligence multiple times in a row, no matter the reason or circumstance is scammy behavior.
