Amazing odor remover. Good on stains but had to redo it several times. First order I placed showed it never left Defunkify. Contacted customer service and they sent out my order again at no charge. After receiving that order, my original order showed up a few days later. Amazing products, AMAZING customer service. Will definitely buy again.
