Service was great - had to reschedule out to customer service with some questions before purchasing and they were super quick to respond. Shipping although expensive was super fast.

My frame arrived quickly, although the shipper delayed the delivery by a few days with no explanation. It wasn’t a big deal though. It was well packaged with easy to understand assembly instructions. I did not order samples ahead of time, so was a little worried, but I love my choice!

So far this frame has held up and stayed together as we grab on to it frequently to pull the tv out. It’s a nice european gold color without looking yellow.
