I did not order this item.

I was disappointed to learn that the frame—specifically designed for Samsung Frame TVs—blocks the light sensor, and that in order to regain this important feature, I would need to purchase a separate external sensor for an additional $100. Given that this frame is marketed as a tailored accessory for the Frame TV, it’s reasonable to expect full functionality to be preserved. The sensor should be included or, at the very least, this limitation should be made more transparent at the time of purchase.
