Hi, your customer support has been great so far! I plan to place an order soon for styrofoam ceiling tiles and I appreciate the sample you sent which confirmed our preliminary choice. There are two things that could be better and I'm sure you are working on these: 1) I created a wish list then had trouble finding it later. I only found it accidentally when I went to my cart again but I couldn't find it anywhere in the top tabs/dropdowns. 2) I want to order some of the faux tin tiles but the samples are not available in my color. I am hesitant to invest $250 for the minimum of 10. I actually need at least 35 of them, so even if I decide to order them I wouldn't invest in the complete order without seeing a sample in my room, so that means I will have two shipping costs as well. I'm sure you plan to have samples of all choices available in the future and this is just a matter of time (and supply), but still it has made me question whether I should take a chance. That minimum is not an insignificant amount of money. Thank you for the work you have done to make your exciting and beautiful products available to us!
