I’ve been really impressed with this 8” Pitmaster Knife and 7. 7” Meat Fork combo. Both pieces feel perfectly balanced in hand and are very comfortable to use. The knife’s forked tip is great for grabbing meat after slicing, and the built-in bottle opener is a clever touch that makes it even more useful while grilling. The Celestial Resin & Wood handles are absolutely beautiful and match the look of my Big Green Egg perfectly. These tools not only perform exceptionally well, but they also bring a premium look to any outdoor cooking setup.
