Customer service and delivery was great

I’m so glad I picked this place to get my sauna from. Offered me a great rebate and free shipping. The seemed to be available any time of day, and by that I mean even like 3 am, to answer questions online. When my delivery did have a hiccup and it got delayed, customer service was able to work it out for me. Excellent company
