1. small pallet, unable to use pallet jack. 2. sent wrong item, received fire screen (which I will never use) when I ordered a fresh air intake. 3. Items listed on packing are in FRENCH which I do not read! You can have the fire screen back, if you pay shipping, and give me my fresh air intake.
