Item took along time to arrive, email support was nonexistent, it is a very different colour to that described. More pink than tan, also offensively smelly leather. . hope the smell subsides

Shipping and service all good but the item was not quite what I thought I was paying for.

The cushions are a lovely product. However I was disappointed that one came with a stain on the stitching and the other a knife cut on the leather panel. It’s not so bad to send back although I was a bit surprised that it wasn’t noticed in the packing.
