Cura Home was great at communicating. I pre-ordered a product with an estimated ship date of 3 months later. Within a few weeks, the Cura team reached out to me and told me that my product was available to be shipped early if I wanted. I accepted, and within a week the product arrived! I asked a few questions during the process, and their replies were always prompt. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
