Quickly shipped and they fixed an issue I had right away

Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, which is fine, but the tracking took a long time (5+ days?) after it showed up as being in transit to get an estimated arrival date to Virginia. Not the biggest deal in the world - it arrived in perfect condition - it’s just that we have been conditioned to be able to track packages, it’s frustrating when you can’t get the information. That’s my only reason for taking off one star.
