Good service

Pricing, product availability, shipping times and customer service are always great when ordering from Custom Service Hardware. My only complaint with the online store is the search function on the website. It is pretty bad, I usually have to go through the drop down menus and product categories to find what I want.

Was looking for replacement hardware for kitchen cabinets. Bought 2 kinds, then sent photo. I received an email saying ‘we can’t supply that hardware’ what? I was confused so I asked why and the response was ‘we just don’t supply it’ After a week of back and forth and $22 for nothing, I got it somewhere else.

I find it hard to find the hardware I need on your website

The folks at CSH are great. Unfortunately Covid has caused many things to be back ordered, no fault on CSH.
