I could not find this type of hinge online until I landed on your webpage. I did not like the older style hinge that was on my 1962 cabinets. Pictures online that caught my eye were pictures of this style hinge. It hid more of the hinge, rather than exposing it onto the wood between the cabinets. The 3 holes on my doors matched my old cabinet holes, but I had to fill and sand my 2 holes on the cabinets, which turned out amazing, but I usually won’t stop short of that. Drilling the two new holes per hinge was easy. My only issue was I painted my cabinets white, and these hinges came with a shipping oil on them, which required quite a bit of wiping off so as not to dirty up my new paint job.
