We had an initial fault with ours, but I honestly can’t blame anyone- there was an issue with the colour coming off, but seemed to be a genuine error. The customer service team especially were fabulous and diligent to get to the cause of the issue, and ended up replacing it. We love our crumble cookware, so easy to clean and use!

Good sized basket that is easy to clean. Heats up quickly. Tactile manual style timer turns air fryer off automatically when done. Fantastic quality & premium feel with the all-metal body. Love the retro look, happy to keep on the bench.

The level of service was awesome. I placed my order and it was on its way to me quite quickly. I live on the other side of the country to Crumble, and was pleased how soon after placing the order it arrived.
