I recently ordered a vacuum hose for my Dyson 07 Animal. After sharing my complaint with customer service-I got my problem resolved. It seems there were a bad batch of these hoses made by their manufactorer. After two hoses, the third worked fine. Customer service was apologetic, friendly and helpful. Thank-you
