Very knowledgeable Customer Service. Enjoyed speaking to them. Something to look at consider: The purchase made was mailed to the wrong address and I was told your system does not use old addresses from previous orders even if going to the same address. My suggestion is: just build a little more artificial intelligence to your order system so when a customer INPUT the mailing address it is cross referenced with PREVIOUS Orders and if the new address is different BUT very close to the previous address's, the customer will be prompted and asked if the new address is CORRECT plus showing them the ADDRESS they used from previous orders. In my case the last order was mailed to 4010 and not 4014 (same street name of course ). In the above Scenario the 4010 address would have been immediately brought to the customer's attention and reminded their previous orders were sent to 4014 and then asking them if 4010 is the ADDRESS they wanted (yes / No). Thank you
