Decent pricing but the personalisation is an absolute rip off.

the wrong product was sent in the first place, but was quickly shipped the correct one. so i'm pretty happy with that. i've received too many emails asking me to review, and it is quite annoying.

Slow delivery

Poorly packaged, lunch box a little heavy for littleones otherwise strong n sturdy, name inscription terrible font, no colour choice

Order arrived missing part of the order, I emailed the company to ask if they could send the missing item out and have had no response.
