We were looking for a new lunchbox for my 8 year old and wanted something reliable and easy to use, plus big enough to hold sandwiches, fruit, snacks etc etc. I liked the option to personalise with their initials and when I hit an issue (hyphenated surname and the ordering page defaulted to a capital, hyphen, lower case) I was easily able to contact someone via chat who let me know to write a note in the ordering page and it would be addressed. The lunchbox arrived quickly and so far is holding up to the trials of year 3!
