I accidentally broke a gas spring and needed to get another to complete the project. I first tried contacting by phone then noticed the store was closed. Went online and was able to purchase what was needed. All is well now.

I have built several beds with this plan and hardware kit. The directions are straightforward and it works really well. The first one I built about 10 years ago still works flawlessly

The website was very easy to use. The product I ordered was delivered faster than forecasted.

The designs are simple and smart, easy for a beginner but also easy to customize and dress up if you’re more advanced. And the people couldn’t be nicer!
