We had some adjustments that needed to be done and your customer service was very responsive. We love our new Murphy bed and our guests do too!

I am a fulltime cabinetmaker, and this is the first murphy bed I've built. This hardware is well engineered with quality material, proper fasteners and designed for longevity. The instructions are a little long, but probably great for DIYers. I will definitely be ordering this again.

I accidentally broke a gas spring and needed to get another to complete the project. I first tried contacting by phone then noticed the store was closed. Went online and was able to purchase what was needed. All is well now.

I have built several beds with this plan and hardware kit. The directions are straightforward and it works really well. The first one I built about 10 years ago still works flawlessly
