Sign is bright and well made, there were 2 barrel bolts provided for hanging the sign one of them was a little stripped, i had to put it in a vise and use a vise grip to turn the bolt. The remote for the sign does not work at all and I contacted the supplier re this and they have offered no remedy.

There was an issue with the illumination of the sign upon delivery. We brought this issue to the company and the best response they had was that we might've mishandled the sign or something happened during transit. If you know your product contains a fragile component—which is central to functionality of said product, the onus should be on the manufacturer to make and pack the product in such a way that such things are not as likely to happen. Aside from the fact that we received an illuminated sign that we basically had to rig up, the customer service we received left much to be desired. While there might not have been much that could've been done after the fact, the way a customer is addressed plays a major role in the overall experience. And while we have no issues with the other light (which has wires that are properly fabricated to withstand transit and handling), we know that when we require another illuminated sign, we will choose a different provider.

When I used their visual system to see which color I wanted, I liked the color which was shown. If there was an issue I knew they'd reach out to confirm. When they reached out, I found out I didn't like the color (I picked their orange because it looked golden...it was more reddish than golden). Instead of remedy the situation, I was told that the visualization was not always accurate. I asked if they could do the color I really wanted (which was more of a golden color) I was told, no and there was nothing that could be done. I'm not sure what the point of the review process is if I'm still going to be charged, so there's no real purpose for the review. In either case, I received the sign but when I got it, it's not even the color showed. the color came off as RED! LOL. WHAT A JOKE.

I’ve asked you several times to send me instructions on how to hang a metal and all you send me is neon light hangings with hardware that’s different than mine I’ve called four times now and I’ve gotten no help and I’ve gotten no way of hanging what I’ve purchased !!! why won’t you send me a video of how to hang what I purchased instead of neon lights with hardware that’s different than mine I will most likely be sending what I’ve purchased back because I have no way of securing it to my wall in my house I didn’t purchase this for a business I didn’t purchase this with wires you showing me all kinds of things that I don’t have to install send me a video of how to install what I have purchased!! why you can’t do that I do not know
