Outstanding customer service. Received the neon sign and it wasn’t working looking the best. Believe it was due to shipping package not handle with care. The fragile sticker was on the box but clearly the shipping Co didn’t see the fragile warning. The customer service ask to see what was happening to the neon sign. They determined it was damaged and replaced it with a new sign. No charge and no need to return it to the Co. The second sign was absolutely perfect. They did a fantastic job in fixing the problem.
