My custom neon sign was awesome. I was concerned that the LED NEON would not compare to actual gas neon signs. It is bright and the color is intense. Very pleased with the sign. Additionally, it came very fast. 2-3 days to create and final product arrived a week later - from INDIA no less! The packaging was creative to say the least - but it arrived undamaged.

Customer service team caught up very quickly and clearly when I had an issue. I am so happy about their responds. I will order again in future.
