Terribly disappointed with the unprofessional services of crate and barrel. We were assured a certain time line while placing a high value order around which we planned our whole drawing room. Then you just changed the time line without informing us. Another item collection was set for a certain date - then your staff missed it an asked for another day. We decided on a day but ur staff again sent it on the wrong day despite clear written communication. This is extremely disappointing. We are now stuck waiting for our pending delivery - feeling cheated and very disappointed . No clue if we will ever even get it after spending almost 4000 SGD for it
