Very quick delivery

I was very fortunate that my son has a cpack machine and walked me through how to use the machine. Because I’m a first time user I should have gone somewhere that provides a backup help line for support. It has a SD card but what and where do I go for it to be read and advise given. Unfortunately it was sent express post. All express post goes to the Brisbane Airport and then to Toowoomba to a wrong address. It then went back to Brisbane Airport and then to Bundamba before been forwarded to Blackbutt. Our local post office advised not to send anything express post but to send parcel post as it’s quicker.
