Broken pigments at delivery process witch is now delaying my application. Liquid pigment arrived completely popped.

It was like two weeks after we ordered that we got our order finally and it definitely could come w more hands on instructions other then the videos online provided but we will see how they come out in two days or so …

When I ordered it they told me I needed the 2 gal. Set when the order came through it said I only needed a out half.

Customer service person was the only positive of my experience with this brand! I purchased it because my usual brand wasn't going to arrive until a day later, this one ended up arriving on the same day my usual brand would have. When I used it, the odor was much worse than my usual brand, the bubbles were much worse and it didn't level properly dispite making sure my surface was level, followed directions and did all of the usual things that give me great results with my usual brand! By far the worst epoxy I have ever used!

2 pours first half turned out perfect. 2nd half pour bubbled badly and wasn’t as smooth. Required sanding and polishing. Risk is too high for the investment required.
