had small mixup with order, got 2 gallons resin, no hardener ... called, they shipped out hardener that day with no charge ... said to call when i want more hardener for the other gallon of resin .... instructions are on youtube all over the place ... product is great ... covered rough sawn white pine for large kitchen table

I’m a paint contractor and I’ve done a many of Metalic floors. Y’all’s product for my countertops was top notch. My tops came out great. The only problem I had was the packaging for the grey base liquid when first delivered it was busted in box quick response on getting me another grey out but when it arrived it was leaking as well so better packaging on that stuff. The bag that it’s in bust to easy I’m guessing. But overall when I do another project I will be using y’all’s products.
