We were very impressed with the professionalism of the entire exercise from a non-pushy conversations beforehand through to the team that arrived on time and completed the work to high standards. The work was carried out using the best materials with good insulation. The internal plasterwork is excellent and the internal space is far more useful. The team were happy to discuss slight amendments on site and adopted a good customer care attitude. Thank you for a delightful and usable room.

Overall, very pleased with the work carried out. We have recommended CosyRoof to friends and neighbours. Engineers carrying out the works were brill, excellent workmanship and friendly. However, I did have to chase the area representative for details occassionally and my appointment times were often re-arranged.

The team carrying out the work were very professional, polite, and friendly and carried out the conversion to a good standard. However they did seem a little rushed on the second day to complete the work. The existing flashing was re used on the new roof and not finished off very well leaving wrinkles along the length of the flashing. A plastic ceiling was installed in the shower room and some of the nails were not put in sequence leaving them noticeable to the eye. We think these finishing touches are very important and the teams may need extra time.

I was promised M&S vouchers because of the non-replacement of the fascia board which I had already paid for. To date, no vouchers have been received. Anna Danby
