Horrible customer service. Waiting for refund for my return. No customer service phobe # to call. Live chat doesn’t exist. Reply to my email took forever and they did not address confirming and refunding my return (even though I sent them tracking proof of my return). Getting ready to escalate return/refund to BBB and Attorney General
