The items I ordered came quickly, and after watching the videos on the site, we were able to figure things out. This was our first attempt at pouring a countertop, and we learned a lot about what not to do. This was of no fault of the company. They were wonderful to work with. Our project was an outdoor kitchen island, so we're very happy with the results, there are just a few things that we'll do differently, if we do it again.
