Great company I had an order that had some broken pieces. They gave me a little bit of hassle, but replaced them in pretty timely fashion. Actually, I was in the middle of a project. Sent me new pieces in about a week.

The counterform products were easy to use. The only issue i found was with the z clips that hold the mesh. The tec screws did not hold very well in the cement board. But they held well enough through the pour. I would defiantly use the product again!
