I had a little trouble with the dye, Wheat. I called and sent pics, the team promptly sent me a new color, free of charge, with I really appreciated! The website is super easy to navigate through, you just choose the type of concrete you’re doing (countertops or pool) and then you choose whatever products, simple process! Simple to order what I needed

We installed our own concrete countertops for the first time. Unfortunately we did not use the Z form concrete, but we used the snap away forms, and Z Aqua-Thane G40. I am so impressed with the z form products that we used. The snap away edges are beautiful. We could not have expected better results, especially since this was our first go at concrete countertops. The edges are smooth with very few bubbles. What slight imperfections are there make it look all the more rustic/industrial. We sealed the concrete with the Z Aqua Thane G40. After we neglected to use an actual nap roller the first coat we applied it too thin. However, as soon as we used the recommended applicator we applied three coats and our countertops look amazing. So much nicer than I expected. The water beads up on the countertops. We have had no staining, scratches, or other defects with this sealer and it's been in use for over a month. We did everything per the videos and instructions from the website. I did have a few questions about the safety of ingaling the G40. It had a pretty low odor which dissipated in a couple of hours after fully drying. I called the office and the woman I spoke who looked at the MSD sheets to give us the most accurate answer about my low VOC questions. I then emailed the company asking what kind of cleaners we could use on our finished counter. The emailed me back in under an hour. Not only are these products amazing, but the staff is very customer friendly. This is a great company and I look forward to purchasing more products including the actaul concrete next time around.
