Shipping was pretty slow

I’ve purchased a few Hem products over the last 5 years or so because I love the design, but these pieces are NOT contract grade as Hem claims. Furniture requiring assembly always includes flimsy mismatched components that don’t fit as they should. Hem’s customer service is friendly, but ultimately not very helpful in resolving these problems. I also have upholstery that has worn through after only a few years of normal residential use. Considering how expensive these products are, the quality just doesn’t match.
