Would suggest the glitter be added into the top finish coat (clear). I added about 1/4 cup per gallon and it worked great...beautiful finish.

I ordered clear epoxy and added the metallic color. The ocean blue metallic was an amazing color and worked great. The epoxy has about 30 min before it starts to thicken and then it’s gone, so mix in small batches unless you are pouring. Also, the flakes and sparkle was amazing on the floor. I had a 1,000 SF garage and only needed 5 pounds of flake for a good coverage and 1-2 lbs of sparkle (I ordered way too much).
