Ribs
Using 7 bricketts, I was able to BBQ half a slab of ribs at 260/275 over a 3 hour period, adding a few well heated bricketts as the temperature dropped below 240. The ribs were seasoned with my homemade rub and turned out just perfect, I made a foil pouch with mesquite chips and placed it directly on the coals for a perfect smoke. (I smoked chicken breast last week with great success and also 3 shrimp skewers mid week,) I really am learning the joy of the Cobb.
