Easy peezy and quick. Love my Cobb. It’s all about timing for perfect steaks though. You must keep a close eye on cooking time as with any grill for the perfect outcome. With the accessories Cobb can do it all especially for small and delicate cooking like shrimp scallops and steak strips. Again, love my Cobb

Ezzzy peezy for sure. My first meal…. steak strips and lobster tail slices on grill pan cause I didn’t want the seasoned butter to drain thru. Wow, what a meal. 7 min for charcoal and then maybe 5 min cooking time. The dome lid is a must because it opens up so many more cooking options. I have a delux Weber grill but this Cobb mini is fun, quick, portable and fantastic for delicate type cooking. Just me and wife now so grilling for two is perfect. Make sure you buy specialty hard wood charcoal pieces plus the bamboo starter flame mini’s and you will be delighted with your cooking experience. Can’t wait to do a roasted chicken on the accessory rack…. That’ll be fun. Great product Cobb…. Thanks
