First, I love the toilet paper. It is soft without sticking to your body. Second, the tube in the middle is also bamboo so it is more sturdy than cardboard ones which makes my kids happy. Third, I somehow forgot to change my address when we moved states and the customer service was phenomenal.

I like the quality of the TP and glad that we are saving trees.
