The unit I ordered works great. No more orange Iron stain on the white bathroom fixtures. I expected an improvement but this unit is fantastic and does the job better than expected.

Responded to my problem in less than 30 min with the exact parts I needed to fix softener, and even linked me to a very helpful video on how to perform the repair. All in all an excellent experience. :)
