Cleanwater Store was awesome to work with, looked at several companies and even local "experts". Cleanwater gave great advise and service. Personal calls, and emails were prompt and informative. Once all my system arrived (after doing my well water testing-Cleanwater Kit), the packaging was great, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The Kit contents were proper for the equipment. Installed Pre Filter, Iron Filter, Softener, and post filter and the end results were 0 hardness, and 0ppm iron. Very good clarity and no smells!. Would definitely recommend Clean Water Store products.
