Very nice to deal with

I ordered some beautiful candles and diffusers recently. They arrived promptly but one item was broken. I emailed straight away and got a quick response. Once they realised they were not able to replace the actual product (limited edition) they offered a similar product or a refund. I decided on a replacement. This was organised straight away. I am so pleased, the scents are beautiful - rhubarb and raspberry and mango and Papya, the lovely white tea and mint, they are all amazing and the customer service- out of this world! Will definitely be ordering more again and try more scents.
