A squirrel ate through the strings & ruined my original chimes. Although they were ineligible for a repair kit, Woodstock offered an excellent price to purchase a replacement. When they arrived in a different tube color than requested, they immediately made the order right and sent the requested color. Their customer service was friendly, helpful and quick - and very much appreciated. It makes the lovely chimes sound that much sweeter! Thank you.
