We absolutely love our chimes, they make beautiful noise and drown out the neighbor's dogs. Unfortunately we have high wind and a few of the chimes fell off within a few months - customer service was very easy to work with and quickly shipped us a replacement set. So glad we splurged and treated ourlves with such a nice set!
