I love the Alto chime I purchased. I. Bought the same one for my son and his family, and they love the chimes. Friends that have heard my chimes are going to purchase them for family members. I am going to purchase one for my sister’s birthday. I will probably be purchasing more chimes in the future. It is great that you can hear the chime and choose one that appeals to you.

Appreciate being able to hear the chimes' recordings, and that the website suggests complimentary models. Not quite the same as visiting Shokan, but not bad if one is remote. We ordered larger chimes, which shipped in an inner and outer corregated cardboard box. Extremely well-packaged. Didn't appear to have needed it, but I think it would have stood up to considerable "man handling".
